How long does a Discovery audit take?
A Discovery audit is a half-day engagement. We'll map your current processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver a written report with a prioritised roadmap and ROI estimates — typically within one week of the session.
What happens after the Discovery?
You'll receive a written report with specific recommendations and ROI estimates. If you decide to proceed, we move into an Implementation engagement where we build and deploy the solutions identified. There's no obligation to continue — the Discovery report is yours to keep.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our primary focus is UK SMEs, but we work with English-speaking businesses worldwide. All our systems are GDPR-compliant by default, which meets or exceeds most international data protection standards.
What AI models do you use?
We primarily use Anthropic's Claude for its strong reasoning and safety features, but we're model-agnostic. We'll recommend the best model for your specific use case — whether that's Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or an open-source alternative.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We're UK-based, ICO registered (C1833149), and GDPR-native. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for AI model training, and we use ShieldCortex — our own open-source security layer — on every deployment.
Can I start small and scale up?
Absolutely. Most clients start with a Discovery audit (£1,500–£2,500) to understand where AI fits. From there, you can move to Implementation for specific solutions, and optionally add Managed support. There's no lock-in at any stage.
