What's included in the setup fee for AI assistants?
The setup fee covers knowledge base creation, integration development, testing, branding customisation, and launch. The exact cost depends on the complexity of your integrations and the size of your knowledge base.
Can I start with consulting and then move to a managed assistant?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Discovery audit, move to Implementation, and then transition to a managed white-label assistant. We'll credit part of your Discovery fee towards an Implementation engagement.
What LLM providers do you use?
We primarily use Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. We can configure multi-provider failover so your assistant stays online even if one provider has issues. You can choose your preferred provider.
